About Tashia

I am a thirty-something Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am licensed to provide therapy to those residing in California, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. I have worked with adults and teens who have overcome various traumas including identity/self-esteem, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. I believe life's most precious gifts are often on the other side of our comfort zone. How do I know? Because therapy changed MY life! So much so that I decided to help others.
