I truly believe that everyone deserves the gift of therapy. You deserve a safe space, free from judgement in which you can be heard and supported. I strive to bring this feeling to my therapeutic relationships, so that we can explore various patterns that may leave you feeling stuck, anxious, or depressed. I specialize in working with people who experience anxiety and various panic disorders. Other issues I specialize in include depression, adjustment issues, pre-natal and post-partum issues, and trauma.
