About Christen

Hey there, I'm Christen! I offer teletherapy and in-person sessions for New Yorkers struggling with anxiety, stress, depression and other daily challenges. A session with me would be talk therapy and (if you're a creative person) I also offer art therapy to tap into expression that bypasses language. Above all, I value a nonjudgmental space and therapeutic rapport with my clients. I love working with individuals who are eager to understand themselves and am accepting new clients.
