About Adam

We all strive to create a sense of self-worth, develop healthy relationships, and lead a fulfilling life. My aim is to develop a trusting therapeutic relationship, impart tools to work through current problems, and explore and heal their underlying causes. My approach is relational and psychodynamic, and I believe in the importance of viewing ourselves within the context of the systems around us. And because every person is unique, I strive to developing a new therapy with every client I see.
